Just a lot of weird fish...

[she doesn't sound certain though.]

[but she's a little more wary than she should be, just for an octopus. it swirls, after a moment, and takes a shape more like a tall, blonde woman in chains pounding at the glass. harrow continues to look at it, not reacting.]

Is it a type of fish, I wonder? Curious creature.

[she actually didn't know. but she feels better knowing she isn't hallucinating.]

Maybe it's a... siren of some sort.

I've only heard legends, but they're sea monsters that can mimic humans... usually young women. In doing so, they lure sailors to their deaths.
